This is a very intimate, high touch liberatory educational mentorship and coaching space for folks socialized female. If you are committed to collective liberation & just as important, liberation, in your professional and personal life, then this is for you. (This is also the last mastermind I’ll be doing.)

This is a mastermind for: the professional trying to figure out how to do more than survive in their corporate space. The person in the leadership role working tirelessly to ensure that they are not reproducing systems of oppression in their leadership and delegation style.

This is a mastermind for: the parent and partner that continuously finds themselves going last….if they consider themselves at all. The parent that wants to make sure not to reproduce all of the harm from their own childhood.

This is a mastermind for: the childfree person who knows that want to remain childfree but still has all the feels around making that decision.

This is a mastermind for: the person who over extends, and pours out too much, feels guilt or shame for wanting to take a moment in the sun.

This is a mastermind for: the persons socialized female who is navigating; community, work, relationships and politics from a liberatory lens as they discover what that means for them and what part they can continuously play to honor collective humanity as well as their own!

Maybe you’ve already done a bunch of anti-racism or healing work. Perhaps you have worked on your relationship to the hustle and grind culture, your boundaries, hell, maybe you’ve even taking my courses on all of the above. Regardless, the reality is that as we level up in our lives and in our businesses the need to move deeper into our liberation work becomes abundantly clear. AND, the need to enter into a space that creates a liberatory journey from unpacking, to transmuting, to action is crucial.

Just as with any kind of healing, the more you heal, learn and unpack, the more your realize that there is to heal, learn and unpack in much deeper and sometimes more complex and subtle ways. It’s not enough just to unpack and learn true liberation comes in the implementation of new practices and behaviors that challenge the social expectations we have all been born into.

This mentorship cohort is part mastermind, part educational space, part coaching. Each element is necessary to create a container that will support you as you reimagine all aspects of your life and personhood from the “socialized” version of yourself to whatever your most liberated self could desire.

You can't do this on your own, and honestly, I wouldn't want you to! This type of work needs more than just guidance, support, strategy and a high level discernment lens. It needs community and the care that can only come from being in community with those committed to the same journey.
