The Collective is more than just a place to learn and grow on your liberation journey, it’s a place to build and be in community. This is a mixed identity space that is fully accepting and inclusive not just of the diversity of identity present, but the diversity of thought. While our goal is to reimagine our world from what is into what could be, our experiences and paths are different, and we honor that because it is what makes us such a brilliantly rich collective!
There are three subscription levels for you to choose from: Rise, Bloom and Evolve. Each level builds on each other. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. Read on to choose your own adventure!

Before you join us on this journey, we wanted to share a quick update about how to get the best experience.
Beginning in November 2024, new purchases, including new memberships and digital goods made in the ATW iOS & Android app, are subject to a 30% App Store Fee. To avoid these fees resulting in a higher monthly membership price (which we don’t see any of), we strongly recommend signing up through the Thinkific website instead of the app. You can follow the links below to enroll and download the app afterwards.
This ensures you can take advantage of the price point I have intentionally created for each membership level, and full support goes directly toward the content and community we’re building together.

Rise

Welcome to Rise — your entry point into the Collective Community! This space is where learning, reflection, and connection meet. As a Rise member, you’ll join the community group chat on the ATW app to share your liberatory journey, discuss current events, and engage with podcast topics in real time.
You’ll also gain access to the ATW content archives, our monthly liberation resource list, and a news round-up that keeps you informed and grounded in what matters most. Plus, each year, we gather for an all-community call to kiki, reflect, and celebrate our growth together.
Rise is about collective accountability, shared learning, and authentic connection — a place to practice liberation in community.

Multimedia Lab: Together, we explore documentaries, films, podcasts, articles, and books to deepen our learning and take our liberatory practice further. Each topic often aligns with the previous month’s Rise Resource List so you can expand your understanding and integrate it into action.

Evolve is where your liberation work deepens into practice and possibility. Designed for people committed to liberation and becoming architects of possibility, this mentorship is a space for transformation, accountability, and collective care.
Through monthly calls, personalized guidance, and an intimate community, you’ll explore what it means to live your values in real time. Together, we navigate the complexities of power, relationship, and responsibility, building skills for liberated leadership, living and authentic connection.
As part of Evolve, you’ll have access to every course, resource, and recording in the ATW library, plus a dedicated community chat for ongoing conversation and support.
