Most of us were never taught to ask who we might be without the conditioning. Without the perfectionism, people-pleasing and hustle dressed up as ambition. Fear dressed up as practicality. Silence mascaraing as grace. And self-erasure masking as love.
We were taught to be good. Palatable. Useful. Easy to love. Easy to manage. Foot soldiers marching to the beat of the socially oppressive drum.

The work moves through three interconnected phases.

Together, we'll examine the beliefs, identities, roles, and survival strategies underneath the life you're currently living.
Mindset & Vision
Excavate what you actually want underneath what you were conditioned to want, what you've been told is realistic, and what you learned would make you acceptable.
Limiting Beliefs
Identify the stories running your life without your consent, where they came from, what they protected you from, and what they're costing you now.
Gendered Socialization
Examine how expectations like “good girl,” “good wife,” “good mother,” “good employee,” and “good woman” are built into people socialized female across gender identities and decide which rules no longer belong to you
Identity & Life Structures
Relationships. Career. Money. Family. Pleasure. Rest. Ambition. Care.
We look at the architecture of your life with honesty instead of shame.

Change how you move through the world.
Awareness matters. But awareness without practice simply makes you very articulate about why you're miserable. This phase is about disrupting the patterns in real time.
Power & Power Dynamics
Learn to recognize power, understand your relationship to it, and hold your own without shrinking, dominating, apologizing, or pretending power doesn't exist.
Perfectionism, People-Pleasing & Hustle
Recognize these patterns for what they often are: socially rewarded survival strategies. Then build alternatives that don't require your self-abandonment.
Fear, Safety & the Nervous System
Because you cannot intellect your way into liberation while your body believes every boundary, risk, conflict, or disappointment is a threat.
We work with fear rather than letting it secretly run the meeting.

Boundaries as clarity, as protection, as the architecture that allows your relationships and your life to actually hold you.

The Details
This work brings everything I've spent years teaching into one room. Sovereign draws from Protect Your Peace, ReClaim!, Embodying Liberation, Dismantle (etc, etc, etc) and my broader body of work around liberation, power, identity, boundaries, leadership, and possibility.
But this isn't a greatest-hits course. We apply the work to your specific life:
In real time. In community. With me walking your path beside you.
Because you can't do this alone. Honestly, no one in the history of liberation has.
Some things can only be transformed in relationship. You need mirrors. Witnesses. People practicing alongside you. A place where you don't have to translate the complexity of wanting liberation while simultaneously being shaped by systems you did not choose.
Sovereign is part mastermind, part liberatory education space, part coaching container, and part community of practice.
Structured learning gives you the framework. Live coaching helps you apply it. Community gives you somewhere to practice becoming.
Your liberation is not homework, it is your life, evolving and happening in real time!

Structure
Hybrid self-paced learning & live guidance
Sovereign is designed to meet you where you are at and what you need. For some that means following the guided curriculum with journaling prompts and exercises, for others that means true mastermind style where you bring exactly what is real for you in the moment and examine it accordingly.
While I encourage everyone to engage with the curriculum and journaling, it is not a requirement.
This structure is here to serve you, you are not in service to the structure.
Live group coaching + mastermind calls
These aren't lectures.
I coach. Unpack. Troubleshoot. Guide. Educate. Hold Space
Bring everything that comes up for you as you worked through the curriculum or as you experience your everyday life. Bring the boundary you're avoiding, the relationship dynamic you can't name, the leadership challenge, the decision you keep circling, or the pattern you're finally ready to interrupt.
Private Community Chat
A digital group chat on Telegram.
This is intended to be a space for conversation, support, questions, reflection, and accountability between calls.
Because breakthroughs have notoriously poor respect for our own timing and scheduled live calls.
I will be in there with you but highly encourage y’all to support, witness each other and practice reciprocity and showing up in community!
Dates
Program length: 1 year. October 13th, 2026 - September 28th, 2027.
Live calls:
Twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
4pm pt/7pm et
Calls will be 60-75 minutes depending on total enrollment.
Call Structure: As this program is split in to three phases, I will be leading the calls the first and fourth month of each phase. The second call of the second and third months of each phase will be group guided, I will be passively present as a liberatory safety net. This structure is aimed at providing a space that allows y’all to practice truly being in community and implementing liberatory relationship practices.
Who is in the room?
Sovereign is for people socialized female committed to their personal and collective liberation and willing to be honest about where they are, what they want, and what may have to change.
You do not need to arrive healed, certain, fearless, or completely clear.
You need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to build something different.
Please note: Sovereign is open to everyone but as you sign up I may check in with y’all about where you are at in your current liberatory journey. Please don’t be surprised if you get a personal email from me before we start AND let that be the beginning of this work, practicing not letting it mean anything about you!
Optional 1:1 support: Access to purchase private 1:1 sessions when something requires deeper individual attention.
Logistics
Investment
The investment for Sovereign is $1,500/ month.
But. And. Also. Y’all know I believe liberation work should not reproduce the inequities it seeks to dismantle. SO there are limited sliding scale scholarship spots.
If you need a scholarship, please email the team at hello@accordingtoweeze.com and tell them what your monthly budget is. There is no need to prove hardship. No shame or hierarchy based on what you paid.
We are practicing different ways of being here, too.
