What I’d say to a friend… Weeze provides a framework for collective liberation and explains it so that it’s easy to grasp and slowly build it in as an integrated way of being - allowing space for joy, honoring your humanity and being physical/ mental/ emotional capacity. Learning from her has changed the way I hold space for myself, allowed me to more easily navigate the duality and hypocrisy of having to live within our current systems, and aided me in creating much healthier boundaries.
