Executive Coaching allows us to work together in a dedicated capacity where we focus our time and efforts on strategically building your decolonial business while also addressing the various facets of your personal life that you are balancing with it. Although we work holistically, this service has a specific focus on your business, your relationship to it/money/etc, and your business related support needs.
Business Consulting is 1-1 work together for those in need of specific guidance on business matters- operational, structural, financial- who are committed to wanting a decolonial, equitable business model. This work is less holistic and centered distinctly on your business.
Working 1-1 gives you the space to fully be supported in a completely customized way- for you and your business or career.

For folks who are in leadership positions in their careers and professional spaces and committed to equity and liberation in your leadership:

Structure + Pricing
I generally offer 3 or 6 month options for private support (as well as one-off intensives if you are not in need of ongoing support) in the form of:
chat only -OR-
1 or 2 monthly calls -OR-
a combination of the two
It is important to me to meet you where you are at, create a service that feels most supportive for you, and to make this level of support accessible and equitable.
Because of this, I offer a signature Co-Creation model for my 1-1 Services. In this model, you’ll share with me your ideal budget, timeline, and what you are needing support with and together we will come up with a completely customized service- exactly suited for you.
As a reference point, my base pricing is:
1 call/mo for 3 or 6 months: $1600/mo
2 calls/mo for 3 or 6 months: $2800/mo
