Teaching folks to reimagine & build a society that works for everyone.

Liberation is not just a social framework, it is a life ethos, a practice, a way of being, existing and engaging!

ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Louiza Doran (more affectionately known as “Weeze”). I use my many skills sets and expertise to play my part to move the needle of collective liberation forward. You can refer to me as many things: sociologist, liberation educator and strategist, business consultant and fractional COO, podcaster, Tedx speaker, professional side quester. No matter how you refer to me, know that I am always working to reimagine our society from what is, into what it could be; a liberated future.

MY ETHOS

It’s my mission to hold a torch of possibility. To guide others as they become architects of a new society, as they reimagine a life and a world that that fosters liberation and humanity for all.

My practice honors my passion for both collective liberation and personal empowerment - I believe that aiding others in their individual liberation empowers them to become active participants in the liberation of the collective.

I strive to meet people where they are, modeling liberatory behavior, free of guilt, shame or judgement. I do my absolute best to create a space that feels safe enough for radical honesty and vulnerability, leading to deep transformation and the evolution of personal liberatory praxis.

I don’t just use liberation as the corner stone of my educating or consulting. I embody it. I  live  it.

OFFERINGS

We all have a role to play in collective liberation, however, we liberate others by way of our own liberation. Liberation for all starts within ourselves. Liberation is not just a social framework, it is a life ethos, a practice, a way of being, existing and engaging! Liberation is how we treat and show up for ourselves, our loved ones, our littles, our businesses and even the strangers we pass on the street. There are so many pathways to liberation, allow me to guide you as you find yours!

WHAT THE COMMUNITY IS SAYING

“Working with Weeze has been nothing short of transformative. As a one-on-one mentor and as the heart behind a powerful community space, she brings a level of presence, insight, and radical honesty that broke my brain open and made me see the world (and myself) differently.

Weeze has an extraordinary ability to hold space in a way that feels both deeply safe and profoundly challenging. She meets you exactly where you are, without judgment, and sees your full humanity - even in the moments you struggle to see it for yourself. Through our work together, she guided me through the messy process of unlearning, grieving, and rebuilding. She helped me name and unpack internalized biases I didn’t even realize I carried, and then empowered me to reframe them through a liberatory lens.

The community she cultivates is one of true reciprocity and care. It is a space where autonomy, safety, and truth-telling aren’t just values, but daily practices. Whether through journaling prompts that uncover the root of old wounds or by gently pushing me to hold stronger boundaries, Weeze has shown me what it means to live more aligned, more free, and more whole.

I recommend her mentorship and community spaces to anyone ready to do the work of decentering whiteness, reclaiming their power, and showing up more fully in their life and relationships.”

  • “Incredible. Weeze holds you accountable and doesn't let her students get away with any bullshit. I felt incredibly safe. They way she talked about the aim to create a space to support and protect the most marginalized and by doing that, you protect everyone on the full spectrum of those experiences was felt every class.”

    - F.W.

  • “Amazing. I can't imagine anyone else who can not only hold the space for all of us, but help us all equally, despite our varying socialization and lived experiences, at different places in our journey.”

    -K.C.

  • “The Crash Course and Protect Your Peace changed my life & the way I exist in the world, and I just want to say thank you once again. I admire and appreciate you, and continue to be grateful that you show up for everyone in whatever capacity that may be. What you are able to do is transformational, and everyone who has an opportunity to work with you should absolutely take it, there truly aren't words to describe just how special your coaching is.”

    -E.W.

  • "Weeze is the type of guide that makes liberation work a lean in versus a gotta go. Liberation work coupled with decolonial unlearning isn't for the faint of heart and yet it's essential for all hearts, which is why a guide that can bring learning with laughter, science with sass and history with heart is the way forward. Would I recommend Weeze? Wholeheartedly yes! Lean in - fully! Don't wait! The journey forward through unlearning and liberation will ask a lot of you and be unequivocally worth it. "

  • "Working with Weeze has been life-changing. I thought I would learn a little about racism and how to be a better white woman (get those gold stars!) but Weeze reshaped my entire perspective! Since working with Weeze I have found myself again. As she would say, I have come home to myself. And she has guided me through a very challenging process of excavation and deprogramming from the cult of whiteness with firmness, clarity and love. "

    -S.P.

  • "Your courses and the community you build and guide have changed me in radical ways. It sounds corny as hell, but you’ve literally woken me up and helped me see how systems of oppression have shaped every aspect of our lives and how I reproduce them and how unlearning them is a never-ending process that I have to own. I’ve had some of the most challenging conversations of my life in our sessions, but each one is so necessary and leads to meaningful growth. I tell them that they will not be coddled, but they will be held, witnessed, and challenged with love, respect, and care. "

    -N.X.

  • "Freedom, love, community, groundedness and integrity. What I’d say to a friend… Weeze provides a framework for collective liberation and explains it so that it’s easy to grasp and slowly build it in as an integrated way of being - allowing space for joy, honoring your humanity and being physical/ mental/ emotional capacity. Learning from her has changed the way I hold space for myself, allowed me to more easily navigate the duality and hypocrisy of having to live within our current systems, and aided me in creating much healthier boundaries. It’s also what has helped build me up to feel I’m worthy of more than I’ve dared to ask for - even now with things being an absolute dumpster fire. So if your feeling like ok what now how do I / we move forward from here, how do I life, hold space for joy or even just stay grounded with the cluster that is our current state definitely check out her offerings and community spaces."
