The Business School is a year-long program brought to you by myself and partner, LeeAnza Romero, in my business consulting firm: Doran Romero Consulting.

This exciting new program will help you build (or maybe rebuild) a decolonial, equitable, and liberatory business that is structurally and fiscally sound and leaves you with all the tools and knowledge you need to successfully continue to grow and run your business in a way that feels good for you and your heart.

We got sick of seeing business masterminds everywhere that are only selling folks advice on sales or mindset work. Because without the foundations of structures and systems that work for you truly in place (things that unless you had access to business school most entrepreneurs are left on their own to figure out), those other pieces fall way short of what is needed to run an successful business.

If you already have a business but it’s not efficient or you got lucky with some success but are somewhat drowning because it’s lacking structure…or you’ve always wanted to start a business but didn’t really know how…and you know you want a business that feels like you can focus on your zone of genius knowing it’s set up to support you and your success….Business School is for you.

We’ll work together over the year to cover all the basics from the ground up with high-level support in this intimate mastermind container. You’ll work with us and a panel of other experts through operations, systems, finances, marketing, mindset and your relationship to your business and money, and even get support through next year’s tax season!

After 20+ combined years in both personal and business financial services and operational support, we’ve learned a few things and come to some stark realizations. The gap between the served and unserved has continued to grow wider, with the majority of business owners and entrepreneurs being left to figure it all out on their own.

Whether intentional or unintentional, this has created an environment where masters of their craft fail in business (or feel like they are) purely because they cannot wrangle the “business side” of things.

In our time working with clients and business of all backgrounds and sizes we have come to believe the following to be true:

1. People want to be soft in their business.

2. A business owner/entrepreneur that leans into pleasure, humanity and ease is simply happier and enjoys doing business more!

3. You can have both of the above while maintaining structure, systems and strategy.

4. You get to be successful (as defined by you), held and supported, while honoring yourself and your clients

5. You don’t have to hustle. You don’t have to be stressed. You get to be held and supported.

6. Not working hard doesn’t mean not planning or executing, it just means that it doesn’t have to feel heavy, overwhelming or create an imbalance in your life.

You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need the right  guidance. You need a structure that isn’t scary. You need support that’s free of shame.

I started my business consulting firm with my CFO partner because we believe that all business owners, regardless of their net worth deserve all the support, resources, and guidance that their “wealthy” counterparts receive and have access to. They need coaching, education, accounting/bookkeeping services; best practices, and tax strategy.

And from that our newest program was born-
