Money isn’t the root of all evil, but it is the root of our dehumanization.
It is possible for people to make a lot of money with no guilt or shame while paying others and themselves well, giving back to their communities, and doing it without reproducing harm or shame.

About Me + What I Do for Businesses
As a 7 figure entrepreneur, executive coach, social impact consultant, and COO, I’ve tested my ability to build profitable businesses that feel good across a variety of industries and roles- for myself and others. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs with a dream just starting out, small business owners who are established, non profits with funding large and small, and large corporate clients managing multiple millions of dollars.
I know this better world of business is possible!
As an entrepreneur I’ve personally built 7 figure businesses from the ground up. In my roles as an executive coach, social impact consultant + COO for businesses desiring decolonial models, my clients run businesses upwards of $50 million in revenue (like, I’m not here to play, you know what I mean?)
I take businesses that could be high earning that are not doing well and I help them get their shit together (and yes, I swear because a) unpack respectability politics and b) there are studies linking the use of profanity to intelligence so…)
The big deal though is I help them do it in a way that allows them to actually feel good about the money that they are making and then pour it back into communities. Yes, you can reach levels of conventional success and not be exploitative or oppressive…I promise!
I’m familiar with a wide variety of industries between working with my clients and my own professional experiences- currently, my clients include large regional entertainment + recreation companies; continuing education companies in the medical industry; property management companies; and nonprofit executive directors managing endowments in the millions.
I’ve also built nonprofit organizations from the ground up including The Asafa Collective; served as a board member on others + consulted as a founding member for 3 additional non profits. In the world of non-profits, I am currently consulting for existing organizations + community oriented visionaries who are driven by purpose but need structural and operational support and guidance to bring a long term legacy to life.
Prior to running my own business, I was in the corporate world serving in positions across the power structure from associate to director across a wide array of industries - from pro music to sports, tech to beauty, schools to community orgs.
