Doran & Romero is a financial and operations consulting firm with a human first approach.
Our goal is three-fold:

I began this service with my CFO, LeeAnza Romero, so we could offer a service to our clients that went beyond just consulting. Sometimes our clients are just looking for a true consult where we tell them what to do and then they are responsible for implementing it… however, the reality for so many who are running businesses, is that they actually desired a whole other level of support.

Louiza ‘Weeze’ Doran is an executive coach, social impact consultant, decolonial strategist, and Chief Equity Officer + COO for her business + corporate clients.
As an entrepreneur who has personally built 7 figure businesses from the ground up and as someone who, prior to running their own business, worked across a wide variety of industries (from music to sports to tech, non profits, schools and beauty and fitness), Weeze’s experience in both the traditional business world and entrepreneurship intersected with her expertise in decolonial strategy to help her develop her signature transformational and educational services.
As an Executive Coach, Social Impact Consultant + COO for businesses desiring decolonial models, she works with clients from all ends of the spectrum- from folks with small businesses to those who run businesses upwards of $50 million in revenue.
She takes businesses that could be high earning that are not doing well and helps them get their shit together…in a way that allows them to actually feel good about the money that they are making and then pour it back into communities. When she is not empowering the CEOs of the future, you can find her spending time with her family. Being a mom is one of her favorite hobbies. She’s also a military spouse with a husband in the Navy (currently on the East Coast). She is also her own personal chef and loves to travel.
